Your name, email address and message are processed to review and respond to enquiries about products, prices, availability, delivery and other questions, and to follow up on your request. Information you include in your message is assessed for these purposes. IP addresses, browser information and technical access records may be processed to operate the website, prevent misuse and maintain information security. Please do not include personal information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
Collection and legal grounds
Data is collected electronically through the website and contact form. Where directly related to entering into or performing a contract, product and quotation enquiries rely on Article 5/2(c) of Turkish Law No. 6698. Security and enquiry management rely on legitimate interests under Article 5/2(f), provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed. Where necessary to establish, exercise or protect a right, Article 5/2(e) applies. This form does not subscribe you to advertising or promotional messages.
Access and retention
Authorised staff and hosting, technical support and email service providers may access data to the extent necessary to handle enquiries and operate the system. Information may be disclosed to competent public authorities where legally required. Data is retained only for as long as its processing purpose and applicable legal retention obligations require.
